  • Group Size: Maximum of 8 riders per instructor (1:8 ratio)
  • Eligibility: Riders aged 14+ (particularly suited to men 40+)
  • Dates: Multiple dates available
  • Ideal For: Beginners, returning riders, or those wanting to rebuild strong fundamentals.

Prerequisites

  • A safe, functional mountain bike
  • Helmet and gloves
  • A positive mindset and willingness to learn at your own pace.

Important Information

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Instructors will wait up to five minutes after the scheduled start, so punctuality helps ensure everyone gets the most from the session.
