It’s time to book your free one‑month e‑cycle loan!
We hope you’re excited to discover the benefits of a little extra pedal power.
Booking your e‑cycle
Please complete your online reservation by Friday 15th May at 5pm. Please note that only one e‑cycle booking per person is permitted.
Collecting your e‑cycle
Please come to University of Salford on Tuesday 19 May, anytime between 10am and 3pm, where a friendly member of the team will be ready to assist you. Please allow between 15-45 minutes for collections*.
When on campus follow signs for New Adelphi Building and look out for a bright Orange Gazebo or branded flag

If you’re unable to collect your e‑cycle during the booked date and time, your loan will be cancelled.
Returning your e‑cycle
Please return your e‑cycle on Tuesday 16 June 2026, between 10am and 3pm.
Late or non‑returns will incur a penalty fee.
When booking, you’ll be asked to provide credit or debit card details. The one‑month loan is completely free, so your card will not be charged at the time of booking. However, if the e‑cycle is returned late or not returned at all, your card will be charged the relevant penalty fee in line with section 5.1 of our Terms and Conditions.
Additional information
Our e‑cycles are fitted with anti‑theft GPS tracking devices, which activate only in the event of theft or non‑return. We do not track individual journeys.
If you are 16 or 17 years old, a parent or guardian must complete our parental consent form.
We reserve the right to close bookings early if we reach capacity.
