One Month Loan

It’s time to book your e-cycle loan! We hope you’re excited to discover the amazing benefits of extra pedal power.

Please only make one e-cycle booking per person. 

Pop along to Friends of Stretford Public Hall on Friday 7th November between 10am and 3pm where a friendly member of the team will be ready to assist you with collecting the e-bike.

If you're unable to collect your e-cycle by 3pm on Friday 7th November, your loan will be cancelled.

This is a free one-month loan. Please return your e-cycle on Friday 5th December 2025 between 10am and 3pm. 

If you only want to borrow the e-bike short term for the Lights Up ride on Saturday 8th November please let our staff know when you collect the e-bike to arrange a different return date. If you have any questions please contact us at; gmborrowanebike@cyclinguk.org

Our e-cycles have anti-theft GPS tracking devices that activate in the event of theft or non-return. This is only to help us recover our e-cycles quickly. We don't track individual journeys for privacy reasons. 

Please note that a penalty fee will apply for late and non-returns. You will be asked to provide credit or debit card details when you book your e-bike loan. The one-month loan is FREE so your card will not be charged at this stage, however if the e-bike is returned late or not-returned to us at all your card will be charged the relevant penalty fee as per section 5.1 of our Terms and Conditions.

If you are 16 or 17 years of age you will need your parent or guardian to complete our parental consent form: Parental consent form.

We reserve the right to close bookings early when we are fully booked.
