One Month Loan

It’s time to book your free one-month e-cycle loan. We hope you’re excited to discover the amazing benefits of extra pedal power.

Kindly complete your online reservation by Friday 1st May at 5pm. Please only make one e-cycle booking per person.

Pop along to University of Salford on Tuesday 5th May between 10am and 3pm where a friendly member of the team will be ready to assist you on your arrival.

If you're unable to collect your e-cycle on the date and time booked, your loan will be cancelled.

Please return your e-cycle on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 between 10am and 3pm.

Please note:  that a penalty fee will apply for late and non-returns. You will be asked to provide credit or debit card details when you book your e-bike loan. The one-month loan is FREE so your card will not be charged at this stage, however if the e-bike is returned late or not-returned to us at all your card will be charged the relevant penalty fee as per section 5.1 of our Terms and Conditions.

Our e-cycles have anti-theft GPS tracking devices that activate in the event of theft or non-return. This is only to help us recover our e-cycles quickly. We don't track individual journeys for privacy reasons

If you are 16 or 17 years of age you will need your parent or guardian to complete our parental consent form: Parental consent form.

We reserve the right to close bookings early when we are fully booked.
