We are delighted to welcome you to our next Pivot Cycles test event.
Please click on the link at the bottom of the registration email to electronically sign the liability waiver.
Please note that a bike reservation is only valid if you have read our terms and conditions. This is confirmed with your signature. Please also check your SPAM folder for this.
A form of I.D. and Bank Card is required to confirm identity on site.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent with I.D. to sign the Liability Waiver.
Only ONE bike can be rented per person, per time slot.
E-bike test rides are 1 hour long for charging between rides.

Se la bici che desideravi è già stata prenotata, non preoccuparti! Passa comunque a trovarci, abbiamo molte altre bici in attesa per te.

We're thrilled to be visiting Bike Festival Riva in Italy after such a great event last year!
To make sure everyone has a fantastic time, let's keep safety in mind:
- Helmets are a must!
- Bring along two forms of ID, like your driver's license and a credit card, for verification and as a deposit.
- Follow any additional instructions from our team and respect on-site safety rules.
If the bike you had your eye on is already taken, don't worry! Swing by anyway—we've got plenty more bikes waiting for you.
