BOOKING CONDITIONS - Equipment Hire:

Deposit & Full Payment:  A 50% deposit may be required to secure booking in peak times. Your card details are recorded for your hire bond when you submit your booking request (we do not take any payment) and a seperate 50% deposit payment link (if required) will be sent to you with confirmation of your tour/lesson and/or allocation of your equipment. By proceeding with this booking you accept and agree to have the bond details recorded as outlined above. The balance of the booking is due upon arrival.

Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings will incur a $30 cancellation fee, if your booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the hire, the entire deposit is retained. 
Payment must be made within 2 days of receipt of booking confirmation.

Gear Transfers: We do provide a gear shuttle service between stores. Only available if you are certain of your sizes (especially boots!) as we cannot swap sizing once transferred.
A $10 per set transfer fee is applied, each direction.

BOOKING CONDITIONS - Tours & Lessons:

Your card details are recorded for your bond when you submit your booking request (we do not take any payment) and a 50% deposit payment link will be sent with confirmation of your tour/lesson and/or allocation of your equipment. By proceeding with this booking you accept and agree to have the deposit deducted as outlined above. The balance of the booking is due prior to departure.

Cancellations: Cancellations will incur a $30 administration fee. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior no refund will be issued.
If the lesson or tour is cancelled by our staff/guide/instructor due to weather or lack of snow, then a refund is given less a $30 administration fee per booking IF we cannot reschedule.

Transfers: We will gladly transfer bookings up to 7 days prior to trip departure. An administration fee of $30 is charged for each amendment.

A waiver of liability must be signed by all participants prior to departure.
