Terms and Conditions for Event Bike Rentals

These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone using a rental bike provided by Wolfi’s for designated events.

Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Event-Specific Rentals
   Bikes are provided exclusively for the designated event and must be returned at the specified time and location as indicated in the reservation. Late returns may result in additional charges.

2. Bike Usage Duration
   Participants must adhere to the agreed rental period. Bikes must be returned no later than 15 minutes after the event concludes. Any adjustments or alterations to the return time must be confirmed by Wolfi’s staff in advance.

3. Minimum Rental Period
   The minimum rental period is based on the duration of the event. Premature return of the bike will not qualify for a refund.

4. Bike Condition
   Bikes are handed over in technically and visually excellent condition. Participants must inspect the bike for any pre-existing damage and notify Wolfi’s staff immediately if any defects are found. Later-reported defects will not be recognized.

5. Prohibited Modifications
   Riders are not allowed to make any modifications to the bike, such as altering the stem or attaching handlebar accessories, without prior approval from Wolfi’s. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications will result in repair costs being charged to the rider.

6. Risk and Liability
   The use of the rental bike is at the participant’s own risk. Riders are liable for all damages to third parties or to the rented bike during the event.

7. Bike Size Responsibility
   It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the reserved bike matches their size requirements. Wolfi’s will provide sizing guidelines in the event details or website for reference.

8. Reserved Bike
   Participants are only entitled to the specific bike reserved and confirmed for the event. Changes to bike type or frame size are subject to availability and must be approved by Wolfi’s.

9. Age Requirement
   Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to rent a bike for events.

10. Mandatory Helmet and Compliance
    Helmets must be worn at all times during the event. Participants are required to follow all event and UAE road regulations. Wolfi’s reserves the right to refuse rental if participants do not have appropriate safety gear or clothing.

11. Return of Bikes
    All bikes must be returned directly to Wolfi’s staff at the designated location. Failure to return the bike will result in the rider being charged the full retail value of the bike.

12. Identification Requirement
    Participants must provide a valid Emirates ID, UAE driver’s license, or passport before the bike is released.

13. Substitution
    While Wolfi’s strives to provide the bike reserved, we reserve the right to substitute a bike of equivalent value if necessary.

General Risk and Safety

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved with cycling and assume full responsibility for their safety during the event. Wolfi’s is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from the use of rental bikes.
