This course is part of our Intermediate courses.

 

This course builds on fundamental mountain biking (MTB) skills, helping you apply them to real trail scenarios. Our experienced coaches will guide you through techniques for navigating rocks, tackling drop-offs, maintaining flow on trails, and mastering descents. It’s the perfect opportunity to refine your basic skills and elevate your riding.

What to Expect:

  • A combination of skills coaching and hands-on practice on the trails.
  • Focus on application of foundation techniques on the trails.
  • Instruction from our experienced and friendly coaches.

Course Details:

  • Location: Adderstone Field, Dalby Forest W3W: ///rivals.oppose.upholding
  • Group Size: Maximum 6 riders per instructor (1:6 ratio)
  • Eligibility: Open to female riders aged 14 and above
  • Dates: A range of options available
  • Level: Recommended for intermediate riders. Some experience riding blue and red routes.

Prerequisites: A functional mountain bike, a helmet, gloves, and a willingness to learn and have fun.

Important:
Please plan your journey to arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before the course starts. Instructors will wait up to five minutes past the scheduled start time, so punctuality is essential.
