BOOKING CONDITIONS - Equipment Hire:

Deposit & Full Payment:  A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, or the full amount if you prefer. Payment will be taken from the card you provide on completion of your booking following your booking confirmation. The balance of payment is due upon pick up. Bookings made within 24 hours of pick up date require full payment upfront. All Inter-Schools competition bookings require full prepayment.

Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings will incur a $30 cancellation fee, if your booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the hire, the entire deposit is retained. 
Booking Amendments: Rescheduling and significant amendments or transfers of bookings to another party may incur a $30 administration fee which will be charged at the discretion of the bookings manager.

Gear Transfers: We do provide a gear shuttle service between stores. Only available if you are certain of your sizes (especially boots!) as we cannot swap sizing once transferred.
A $10 per set transfer fee is applied, each direction.

The balance payment is required prior to departure.  Bookings made within 24 hours of pickup date require full prepayment.  All Inter-Schools competition bookings require full payment.

Cancellations: Cancellations will incur a $30 administration fee. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior no refund will be issued.
If the lesson or tour is cancelled by our staff/guide/instructor due to weather or lack of snow, then a refund is given less a $30 administration fee per booking IF we cannot reschedule.

Waiver of Liability: A waiver of liability must be signed by all participants prior to departure.
