TERMS AND CONDITIONS BICYCLES

1. The renter assumes full responsibility for the rental object

2. The guest checks the bicycle (s), recognizes it in order (there is no damage). When the bicycle (s) is collected and checked for damage during the lease, the renter will refund the same day

3. Bicycles are not insured against theft, in case of theft the customer is required to pay the commercial value of the bicycle

4. Bicycles are rented upon release of a personal document

5. The customer undertakes not to give up the bicycle, to take care of it and never to leave it unattended

6. The customer agrees to respect the terms of return of the bicycle, the delay will result in an increase in the price of 10 euros every half hour

7. As the lights are not provided, the use of the bicycle is prohibited in tunnels and at times after dusk

8. I declare that I know how to use the bicycle correctly and I am aware that cycling is a sporting activity with all the associated risks

9. Unused rental days are not refunded

10. In case of conflict of interpretation of the versions of these rules, the Italian version will prevail

11. In case of dispute, the competent court is that of Rovereto (TN)

12. FROM 17.00, 10 EUROS EVERY HOUR OF DELAY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS VIA FERRATA KIT

1. The lessee assumes full responsibility for the rental object

2. The customer checks the via ferrata kit (s), recognizes them in order (there is no damage). When the via ferrata kit (s) is collected and checked, if any damage is found during the lease, the tenant will reimburse the same day

3. The via ferrata kit (s) are not insured against theft, in the event of theft the customer is required to pay the commercial value of the leased object

4. Via ferrata kits are hired upon release of a personal document

5. The customer undertakes not to sell the via ferrata kits, take care of them and never leave them unattended

6. The customer undertakes to respect the terms for the return of the via ferrata kits, the delay will result in an increase in the price of 10 euros every half hour

7. Unused rental days are not refunded

8. I declare that I know how to use the via ferrata kits correctly

9. In the event of a conflict in the interpretation of the versions of these rules, the Italian version will prevail

10. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is that of Rovereto (TN)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS KICKSCOOTER

1. The lessee assumes full responsibility for the rental object

2. The customer checks the scooter (s), recognizes it (s) in order (there is no damage). When the scooter (s) is picked up and checked if any damage is found during the lease, the renter will reimburse the same day

3. The scooter (s) are not insured against theft, in the event of theft the customer is required to pay the commercial value of the leased object

4. The scooters are hired upon release of a personal document

5. The customer undertakes not to sell the scooters, take care of them and never leave them unattended

6. The customer undertakes to respect the deadlines for returning the scooters, the delay will result in an increase in the price of 10 euros every half hour

7. Unused rental days are not refunded

8. I declare that I know how to use the scooter correctly

9. The scooter can be rented by people over the age of 18 and from 14 to 18 a helmet is required during use.

10. Half an hour after sunset it is mandatory to keep the scooter lights on and to have a high visibility jacket.

11. In the event of a conflict in the interpretation of the versions of these rules, the Italian version will prevail

12. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is that of Rovereto (TN)
