Booking Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all people booking a hire bike provided by Total Adventure Limited, T/A Total Adventure Bike Hire, and T/A Windermere Canoe Kayak. Completion of a booking acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the participant.
The participant agrees that they will read the full Terms and Conditions in the online activity waiver (also detailed below) received by email, and will complete and sign the online waiver accordingly. No use of our equipment will be possible until the waiver is fully completed. You will also be able to complete this online waiver on our premises should this be necessary. We strongly advise it is done ahead of time.
The participant agrees that they will not hire an electric bike to supply to a person under 14 years of age. Should we suspect that this is the case we will ask for proof of age. If none is able to be provided then we will not release the bike to you. In this circumstance no refund will be offered.

- Plenty of water (especially in the summer months).
- A lightweight waterproof for any time of year.
