BIKE RENTAL REGULATION
1. The bicycle is to be used exclusively as a means of transport and must be treated with attention, care, common sense and diligence as if it were owned.
2. The use of the bicycle and its use, especially off-road, requires a certain physical fitness and technical expertise on the part of those who intend to ride it. Therefore, the user, by taking delivery of the bicycle, acknowledges that he has adequate capacity and appropriate competence for using it, without placing any reservations.
3. It is up to the user to provide for the safekeeping and maintenance of the bicycle during the entire period of use of the same.
4. By taking delivery of the bicycle, after checking it, the user declares that the rented bicycle, at the time of delivery, is mechanically efficient in all its parts.
5. If during the period of use, the bicycle should lose efficiency, the user must immediately notify the office. In the case of organized activities, the communication of loss of efficiency must be made to the instructor present.
6. If, during the period of use of the bicycle, irreparable damage occurs to the vehicle (eg frame or parts of it cracked) the user will be required to pay, as compensation for the damage caused, a sum thus fixed and agreed upon: € 500.00 for front mtb type bikes, € 1000 for enduro, downhill or e-bike type bikes.
7. If, during the period of use of the bicycle, damage occurs to its components, mechanical or electrical, the user will be required to pay, as compensation for the damage caused, an amount equal to the price of the component (s) / i as per price list.
8. In the event that the optional damage insurance fee has been paid on the bike at the time of rental for points 6 and 7, the user will be exempt from compensation for damage.
