Booking Terms:
Card details have been taken and held to confirm booking
No money is taken at this stage
Card details are held as a loss or damage deposit
Card details are held in the event of cancellation fee charge
Payment in Full to be paid when picking up the hire bikes.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than a week prior hire date incure a £5 admin fee per booking.
Cancellation within 24hours of hire period the full amount is due.
At our discretion postponing hire to an alternative date may be possible.
Cancellation during the hire period does not incur any refund of hire charges.
Conditions:
Bikes and equipment are hired in good condition and full working order.
Before leaving our premises, you should satisfy yourself that the equipment hired is in full order, meets your needs and your skills.
The equipment hired is only for use on routes intended for bikes.
In the event of any damage during the hire period, howsoever caused, the hirer agrees to pay the cost of repair or damage at a not for profit rate.
In the event of any loss during the hire period, howsoever caused, the hirer agrees to pay the cost of replacement at a discounted from full price rate.
Mountain biking and cycling are activites that carry an element of risk of injury and the hirer indemnifies the Dales Bike Centre against any injuries sustained beyond its control.
The liability of Dales Bike Centre in any hiring is limited to the equipment provided which the hirer will satisfy him or herself is in full working order before leaving the premises.
The hiring of any equipment will be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions and agreement to be bound by them.
