Please note E-Bike Bookings must be made 24 Hours in advance, to allow us to make sure the bikes are charged and safe for the duration of hire. 

There is a late booking charge of £20 for any bike hire made with less than 24 hours of check out.

Wilder Doddington Demonstration Bikes – Terms & Conditions of Loan

1.  I confirm that I am the named rider / the parent or guardian of the named rider and that I have agreed to these terms and conditions / on behalf of the named rider.

2.  Demonstration bikes are ridden by me at my own risk.  Doddington Farms LLP do not accept any liability for any personal injury, death or damage to property howsoever arising except where this arises as a result of Doddington Farms LLP ‘s negligence or defective equipment, parts or workmanship.

3.  Except in respect of fair wear and tear to brakes and tyres, or where damage is caused by Doddington Farms LLP ‘s negligence or defective equipment, parts or workmanship, I agree to indemnify Doddington Farms LLP for the cost of repair or replacement of the demonstration bike and all parts thereof as a consequence of theft, loss or damage during the period it is loaned to me.

4.  I agree that I will return the demonstration bike to Doddington Farms LLP on or before the latest indicated return time. I understand that if the demonstration bike is not returned intact by the end of the demonstration period, Doddington Farms LLP have the right to treat the demonstration bike as being lost or stolen and to recover its value from me.

5.  During the period of loan of the demonstration bike to me, I will not use it to race nor will I let any other person ride it.

6.  I agree to provide Doddington Farms LLP with details of my debit card or credit card and hereby authorise Doddington Farms LLP to debit the card with amounts due from me under these terms and conditions.

7.  A helmet must be worn at all times during the period of the loan, riders who do not wear a helmet will not be permitted to ride.
