Bicycles and pedal assisted bicycles (e-bikes) are rented out from Evolution Cycle Hire Limited in proper working condition and helmets are included in the rental and are required to be worn at all times while riding the e-bike.

I agree to return the bike/e-bike(s) to Evolution Cycle Hire Limited in undamaged condition and accept full responsibility for care of the equipment while under my possession.

I agree that cycling on the beach is not permitted, £25 fine will be applied for each for bike maintenance/deep cleaning if rule is not followed.

I hereby authorise Evolution Cycle Hire Limited to charge me with all eventual costs in case of damage to the Evolution Cycle Hire Limited Bike/E-bike during the rental period, including labour.

Damage attributable to me includes (but is not limited to) broken spokes, rims, bent rims, damaged frames, handlebars, seats or other parts from misuse and/or crashes.

I agree to pay Evolution Cycle Hire Limited a regular shop rate and retail price for components replaced if I return the Bike/E-bike with damaged parts or components that need to be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Evolution Cycle Hire Limited. 

I understand and accept the inherent risk involved in cycling and that cycling exposes me to hazards possibly entailing unavoidable personal risks, of any seriousness and degree which are totally independent from Evolution Cycle Hire Limited responsibility and business activity. Therefore, I hereby assume all risk related to myself arising out of renting this Bike/E-Bike/Cargo E-Bike and participating in cycling as well as the inherent risk involved in using the rented equipment and accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result.

I release in full Evolution Cycle Hire Limited from any legal consequence related directly or indirectly to any personal health issue unknown to Evolution Cycle Hire Limited, that should prevent me from cycling.

Therefore, I acknowledge and accept without exception Evolution Cycle Hire Limited right to take any countermeasure or undertake any action aimed to protect and safeguard its activity and its brand image.

Cancellation policy:

Up to 7 days before booking – fully refundable.

From 7-1 day before – 50% refundable.

1 day or less before:

If the booking was for one day only, unfortunately, it is non-refundable.

If it was for multiple days, the first day is non-refundable, but the remaining days are 50% refundable.

We can change the dates free of charge.
