Terms And Conditions for E-Bike Rental Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jura Trading LLC Online E-Bike Rental Program. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our bike rental services. By accessing, booking, and using our bikes, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be 16 years or older to rent a bike.
A valid government-issued ID or passport is required for identity verification.
Riders must have a basic understanding of safe bicycle operation.

3. Rental Period and Usage

Bikes are rented for specified durations (hourly, daily, or weekly) as per the selected package.
Late returns will incur additional charges as outlined in Section 5.
The bike must only be used for personal purposes and within the permitted geographical area (Dubai and UAE regions only).
Customers must not:
- Engage in racing or off-road activities.
- Perform stunts or unsafe maneuvers.
- Sublease or share the bike with others.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made via our official website or app.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital wallets.
A refundable security deposit will be charged upon bike collection.

5. Late Return and Damages

Bikes returned late (past the rental period) will incur additional charges:
- AED 50 per hour for electric bikes.
Customers are responsible for damages or loss to the bike during the rental period.
- Any repairs will be charged at actual cost.
- Theft or total loss will result in full replacement cost being deducted from the security deposit.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the bike is in good working condition before use.
Wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, at all times.
Follow all local traffic laws and regulations for cycling in the UAE.
Park the bike securely and return it in the same condition as received.

7. Safety and Liability

Safety First: Customers must use the bike responsibly to avoid injury or accidents.
Jura Trading LLC EV is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from bike usage.
Customers are encouraged to have personal accident insurance coverage before renting.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the rental period will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time will incur a 20% fee.
Refunds for early returns will not be provided.

9. Termination of Use

Jura Trading LLC EV reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately in case of:

Breach of any terms outlined in this document.
Unsafe, reckless, or illegal use of the bike.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
