Cancellation by you (single day tours and bike hire)

a.    If cancelled on the day of your booking no refunds will be given.

b.    If cancelled prior to the date of your booking then a $50 handling fee applies.

       NB: if possible, Kiwi Journeys will work with you to re-schedule your trip at no extra charge.
