Whyte Bikes Ltd insists that helmets are worn at all times. The cost of helmets are included within the hire price. Discounts cannot be given for helmets that are not used. The rider agrees to remain on waymarked forest cycle trails and to accept and follow the forest code.

Whyte Bikes Ltd draws the hirers attention to the terms & conditions on the reverse of the hire agreement, which the hirer agrees to accept. It is only by continually receiving feedback from our customers that we are able to review and improve the services and facilities that we provide.
