RIDE Scotland
In consideration of the charges referred to in this booking RIDE SCOTLAND hereby lets and I (herein called the Hirer) by completing this reservation hereby take on hire, upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter, appearing the goods and equipment set out and described in this booking.
1. The Hirer shall be responsible for the return of the goods and equipment in good order and condition.
2. The Hirer agrees to return the goods and equipment to RIDE SCOTLAND, no later than the last day of the hiring period, failing which the Hirer shall be liable for the following and subsequent days of hire at daily rates. The Hirer agrees to pay the following amounts in the case of non-return of equipment: Mountain Bike up to £1399, electric bike up to £2999, helmet £40, repair kit £25, map £3.50.
3. The Hirer agrees to pay RIDE SCOTLAND the cost of the repair or replacement of any equipment damaged to the limits in condition 2 above.
4. The Hirer agrees that no condition or warranty is expressed or implied as to the safety or fitness of the goods and equipment and that RIDE SCOTLAND shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or accident howsoever caused.
5. The Hirer hereby indemnifies RIDE SCOTLAND in respect of any claims made against it arising out of the use of goods or equipment.
6. Upon acceptance of this agreement by taking delivery of the goods and equipment, the Hirer acknowledges that RIDE SCOTLAND shall not be obliged to make any refund whatsoever of hiring charges.
7. There will be a 10% charge on all refunds processed. Hires may transferred to alternative dates subject to availability. 7 Days notice will be required to change a booking.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BIKES UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME.
