THE USE OF OUR DEMO BIKES ON ALL ROUTES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Helmets and protection are mandatory and the renter has to protect themselves adequately according to the dangers of the sport. The renter confirms with their signature that they have received a technically and functionally perfect test bike from PROPAIN Bicycles UK. Any damage must be reported before the first ride. The renter tests the bike at his own risk. 

You bear the general civil and criminal responsibility for all damage caused by youself or the test bike used by them. Furthermore, the user waives any claims arising from any kind of damage against PROPAIN Bicycles UK. For self-caused damage to the demo bike, the borrower himself is liable and has to bear the costs. Self-caused damage such as flat tires (£10), defective brakes (£40), wheels that are vertically or laterally misaligned (£25), defective chain guide (£30), etc. must be paid immediately after returning the demo bike. Otherwise, the handed out ID card or license will not be returned. In case of careless damage to material, track and persons, the renter is personally liable. During the test period, the renter is responsible for reporting any defects immediately in order to ensure immediate repair. In case of omission the renter is liable. 

The demo bike will be issued only against identity card, passport or driver's license and another proof of address. The demo bike will only be issued to persons under 18 years of age with the signature of a parent or guardian. With this signature, the borrower agrees that PROPAIN Bicycles UK may contact him by phone, email or in writing for information purposes. The user is responsible for the security of the test bike and will be liable for any loss.
