All clients must sign the Bike Hire Alcudia disclaimer on arrival at the shop or upon delivery of your bike, along with credit card details, before the hire period. Bike Hire Alcudia are not responsible for injury or damages caused to/by the client during the hire period.

Accidental insurance cover for bike is priced at 15 Euros per week and 2 Euros per day thereafter. Theft or broken frame is not covered. If you damage your bike during your hire period, you may not get a similar replacement. Your own cover is required for personal injury.

The use of helmets are obligatory in Mallorca and you can hire one from us. If a helmet is not worn it may affect any claim you may need to make in case of an accident.

All cycles come with two bottle cages, pedals, saddle packs and pumps inclusive with hire. A charge of 5 euros is incurred if the tube is used.

All cycles are presented in immaculate working order set up by professional mechanics, and, whilst Bike Hire Alcudia accept general wear and tear during hire, any cycle returned with excessive cleaning required will result in a 20 euro charge to the client.

During the hire period you are responsible for safety checking your bike each day before riding it. Please report to our mechanics anything you’re unsure about before riding it as soon as possible.

Theft and damage caused to any cycle will be charged to the hirer. This cost will amount to the loss incurred to Bike Hire Alcudia, and not the retail value of any cycle part or frame.

During busy times we will not be able to provide the exact bike that you reserved. In which case, we reserve the right to change your chosen rental bike to one with equal or usually better specifications.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking and is only refundable 4 weeks prior to the hire period. A handling fee of 10% will be charged on all cancellations.

No refunds are given less than 4 weeks before the hire start date.

Refunds will not be made in the event of acts-of-god [Force Majeure].
