HIRING AGREEMENT
The above detailed contract is mutually agreed upon according to the following terms and conditions:
1. The lessee checked the condition of the vehicle before renting it. The vehicle is in good condition without any damage. The lessee agree to pay the damage that has been done to the vehicle to the lessor. if any accident occurs during the rental of this the vehicle the lessee agree to pay in any case the amount that the lessor charges. If any part of scooter has been stolen, lost or damage the lessee agree to pay the actual price and if the scooter is stolen the lessee agree to pay in Thai baht. The lessee hereby also agree to pay to be liable to all claims of accident accuring and to pay all claims of third parties should an accident occurred during my use of the scooter. In case bring the scooter back late the lessee agree to pay 200 baht per hour for the over time. Over 2 hours: charged as 1-day rental.
2. The Lessee must return the vehicle to the same location where it was rented and at the agreed-upon time.
3. The Lessee is not allowed to repair the vehicle or bring it to any repair shop. All repairs must be made only by the Lessor.
4. In case of loss, the Lessee must immediately reimburse the company the normal price of the scooter. Scooter 110cc - 160cc: 60,000 – 100,000 baht and scooter 300cc-350cc 180,000-200,000 baht.
5. If the scooter rented by the Lessee has a flat or damaged tire, the Lessee must repair it at his/her own expense.
6. The scooter has a full tank of fuel when pickup and must be returned in full. If not, the rental is responsible to pay 50 baht per level (per bar) for Honda Scoopy 110cc, Yamaha Grand Filano 125cc, Yamaha Fazzio 125cc, Honda Click 125cc, Honda Click 160cc, Yamaha NMAX 155cc, GPX Drone 150cc, Honda ADV 160cc and 100 baht per level (per bar) for Yamaha XMAX 300cc, Honda ADV 350cc. The required fuel type is Gasoline 95.
Lost helmet charge: 500 – 1,000 baht
Lost key charge: 2,500 – 4,500 baht
Office open daily: 09:00 – 18:00 Please call us at +66 (0) 86 869 8222 at least one day in advance if you wish to extend the rental period.

NO REFUND ALLOWED — PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MIND
Rental fees are non-refundable. The paid rental cost is Non-Refundable if the scooter is returned before the end of the contract.
If you need our assistance for any reason—such as battery problems, key problems, tire issues, accident pickup or any other support. A service fee of 200 baht minimum will be charged, depending on the distance. Stop riding with flat tires. Do not ride in flood.
REMARK: USE SCOOTER IN PHUKET ISLAND ONLY IT IS PROHIBITED To RIDE THE SCOOTER ON THE BEACH (10,000 THB FINE.)
I, the Rental, have read and understood all terms and conditions in this document. I certify that the information is accurate and authorize RentaBikePhuket Co.,Ltd for any applicable fees, fines and service charges related to damages or loss. This includes the damage charge if proof after returning the scooter that such damages or loss occurred during the period of my rental.
