1. Disclaimer: Just Pedal Limited accepts no responsibility for damages caused directly or indirectly from the use of this bike. The bike is NOT insured. The customer uses this bike at their own risk.

2. Use by third party: It is prohibited to pass on this bike for use by a third party.

3. Reporting Damages: Any damages must be reported immediately. The customer must cover any outstanding repair costs! Accidental damage caused by a third party, in addition to costs arising from loss, embezzlement or theft must also be covered by the customer.

4. All bike hire bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different person and/or date.  You can also transfer to a different bike.

5. Handover/Return: The customer should carry out a thorough bike check during the handover procedure. We must be notified of any potential defects at this time.

6. By accepting the agreement the customer declares that the test bike is in suitable working order. The bike must be returned within the allocated time period.

I furthermore give Just Pedal Limited permission to take photographs or video of me and to use the photographs, video or audio in its print and Internet publications or productions, including advertising, signage and promotional materials, and for commercial purposes. I assign all right, title, and interest I may have in any photograph or video to Just Pedal Limited.
