BOOKING CONDITIONS - Equipment Hire:

Deposit & Full Payment:  We may require a 50% deposit to secure your equipment in peak times. Your card details are recorded for your hire booking bond when you submit your booking request (we do not take any payment during booking process).  We will send you a confirmation of your booking on allocation of your equipment and will include a payment link if a deposit is required.  By proceeding with this booking, you accept and agree to have the bond details recorded as outlined above. The balance of the booking will be due upon arrival.

Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings will incur a $30 cancellation fee, if your booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the hire, the entire deposit is retained. 
Payment must be made within 2 days of receipt of booking confirmation.

Gear Transfers: We do provide a gear shuttle service between stores. Only available if you are certain of your sizes (especially boots!) as we cannot swap sizing once transferred.
A $10 per set transfer fee is applied, each direction.

BOOKING CONDITIONS - Tours & Lessons:

Deposit & Full Payment:  We may require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.  Your card details are recorded for your booking bond when you submit your request (we do not take any payment during booking process) a 50% deposit payment link will be sent to you upon confirmation of your tour/lesson and/or allocation of your equipment if required. By proceeding with this booking you accept and agree to have your card details recorded a bond as outlined above. The balance of the payment is due prior to departure.

Cancellations: Cancellations will incur a $30 administration fee. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior no refund will be issued.
If the lesson or tour is cancelled by our staff/guide/instructor due to weather or lack of snow, then a refund is given less a $30 administration fee per booking IF we cannot reschedule.

Transfers: We will gladly transfer bookings up to 7 days prior to trip departure. An administration fee of $30 is charged for each amendment.

A waiver of liability must be signed by all participants prior to departure.
