RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS / TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE LA RESERVA:
1. ENG. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 20% of the reservation total amount. ESP. A confirmación de la reserva es requerido un depósito del 20% sobre el total de la misma.
2. ENG. The deposit required is possible to pay by card. ESP. El depósito requerido es posible pagarlo en tajeta.
3. ENG. Cancellation policy: Is possible to get totally refund of the deposit paid, if the cancellation is make at least 24 hours before the begin of the rental. If the cancellation is make later this time, the deposit will not refund. ESP. Política de cancelación: Para obtener un reembolso total del depósito pagado, la cancelación debe realizarse al menos 24 horas antes que empiece el alquiler. Si el cliente cancela con menos de 48 horas de antelación a la hora prevista del alquiler, no se le reembolsará el importe pagado como depósito.
4. ENG. Any cancellation, has to be communicated at: info@bikeinmindvalencia.com ESP. Todas la cancelaciones tienen que ser comunicadas por correo electrónico a: info@bikeinmindvalencia.com

TERMS AND CONDITIONS / TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES:
1. BIKES DROP-OFF / ENTREGA DE LAS BICICLETAS: ENG. The bikes must be returned at the time established in the contract. In case of delay, the costumer has to notify in advance, otherwise a penalty of 20€ will be charged. ESP. Las bicicletas deben entregarse a la hora establecida en el contrato. En caso de retraso, el cliente tiene que comunicarlo previamente, de lo contrario se cobrará una sanción de 20€.
2. BIKES LIABILITY / RESPONSABILIDAD DE LAS BICICLETAS
2a. WITHOUT THEFT AND DAMAGES INSURANCE / SIN SEGURO CONTRA ROBO Y DAÑOS: ENG. The liability for theft and damages to the bicycle is the costumer. Locking the bicycle does not remove liability for theft. In case of theft, loss or damage the following prices will be charged. ESP. La responsabilidad por robo y daños a la bicicleta es del cliente. Atar la bicicleta no quita la responsabilidad por robo. En caso de robo, pérdida o daños se abonarán los siguientes precios. Bicycles: Basic City Bike 200 €, Premium Bike / Sport City Bike 400 €, Kids Bike 160 €, E-Bikes / TREK Touring Bike - MTB 1000 €. 2b. WITH THEFT AND DAMAGES INSURANCE / CON SEGURO CONTRA ROBO Y DAÑOS: ENG. With the Theft and Damages Insurance, in case the bike gets stolen, the customer has to pay the excess of 50% of the bike value, instead 100%. The insurance covers any damage to the bicycle. Is possible to buy the insurance only before the rental period starts. The insurance doesn't cover the theft or loss of the bike accesories. ESP. Contratando el Seguro contra Robo y Daños, en el caso que la bicicletas sea robada, el cliente tendrás que abonar una franquicia del 50% del valor de la bici en vez del 100%. En caso de daños a la bicicleta el cliente no tendrá que abonar nada y Bike in Mind Valencia se hará cargo de todos lo costes de reparación. Es posible contratar el seguro solamente antes que comience el período de alquiler. El seguro no cubre el robo o pérdida de los accesorios.
3. ROAD ASSISTANCE / ASISTENCIA EN CARRETERA
3a. WITHOUT ROAD ASSISTANCE SERVICE / SIN SERVICIO DE ASISTENCIA EN CARRETERA: ENG. In case of breakdown or puncture, the costumer has to bring the bike to the shop to repair it free of charge. Alternatively, the customer can bring the bicycle to any bicycle repair shop next to him and he will pay all repair costs. ESP. En caso de avería mecánica o pinchazo, el cliente tendrá que llevar la bicicleta a la tienda para solucionar el problema sin ningún coste adicional. En alternativa, el cliente podrá llevar la bicicleta en cualquier taller de bicicletas que le resulte más cercano a el y se hará cargo de todos los costes.
3b. WITH ROAD ASSISTANCE SERVICE / CON SERVICIO DE ASISTENCIA EN CARRETERA:
ENG. The Road Assistance service is available from 10am to 8pm in Valencia city. The service is not available outside the metropolitan area of Valencia, eg: Pinedo, Saler, Albufera Park and Port Saplaya.  The service is mandatory for all bikes on the same reservation. ESP. El servicio de Asistencia en Carretera está disponible todos los días de 10 h a 20 h en Valencia Capital. El servicio no está disponible fuera del área metropolitana de Valencia como por ejemplo: Pinedo, Saler, Parque de Albufera y Port Saplaya. En alquileres de más de una bici, será obligatorio contratar el servicio de asistencia en carretera para todas las bicis de la misma reserva.
4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS / TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES: ENG. 4a.The rental is not refundable. 4b.The customer declares to be in a good physical and mental condition to ride a bike. 4c.The customer and BIKE IN MIND take note to have delivered the bicycle in good condition. 4d.Bicycle rental is only available to adults, unless the person under 18 years old is accompanied by an adult. 5e.A valid ID / PASSPORT / DRIVING LICENSE and security deposit of 50 € per bicycle (€ 100 in case of E-bike or TREK Touring Bike Rental) are requested to rent a bike. Instead the 50 € or 100 € of the security deposit, the customer can leave his ID / PASSPORT / DRIVING LICENSE like security deposit. After returning the rented bicycle(s) and accessories, the deposit will be fully refunded in the event that no damage has occurred. If the missing or broken rented items exceed the deposit amount, the customer must settle the balance. 4f.The bicycle(s) must be carefully locked (both the frame and the wheels) to a fixed, non-movable and designated object. ESP. 4a.El alquiler no es reembolsable. 4b. El cliente declara de estar en buenas condiciones fisicas y mentales para montar en bici. 4c.El cliente y BIKE IN MIND comprueban que la bicicleta se entrega en buen estado. 4d.El alquiler de bicicletas está disponible solamente para adultos, con la excepción de que un menor de 18 años esté acompañado por un adulto. 4e.Un documento válido como DNI / PASAPORTE / CARNET DE CONDUCIR y una fianza de 50 € por bicicleta (€ 100 en el caso de bicicleta eléctrica o TREK Touring Bike) se solicitan en el momento de contratar el servicio de alquiler. . En lugar de la fianza de 50€ o 100€ por bici, el cliente puede dejar su DNI / PASAPORTE / CARNET DE CONDUCIR como fianza. Después de haber devuelto la(s) bicicleta(s) y los accesorios alquilados, el depósito se reembolsará por completo en el caso que no hayan occurrido daños. Si el precio de las piezas  rotas o desaparecida, excede la cantidad del depósito, el cliente deberá pagar la diferencia. 4f. La(s) bicicleta(s) deben estar firmemente bloqueadas (tanto el cuadro como las ruedas) a un objeto fijo y determinado. 5. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD ENG. 5a.The customers bears full legal liability for damages and injuries caused to himself and to third parties. BIKE IN MIND is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by the rented bikes and/or items during the rental period. The theft and damages insurance by BIKE IN MIND covers only theft and damages of the bike rented. 5b.The customer is responsibles for the payment of any medical bills in case of damages and injuries caused to themselves and to third parties. 5c.The customer must respect Spanish traffic regulations. Any ticket or fine due to incorrect use of the bicycle will be completely assumed by the customer. ESP. 5a.El arrendatario se asume la responsabilidad legal total por las heridas y daños causados a su mismo y a terceros. BIKE IN MIND no es responsable por heridas y daños causados por el uso con los objetos alquilados durante el tiempo del alquiler. El seguro contra robo y daños de BIKE IN MIND cubre solamente los daños a la bicicleta de la empresa, alquilada por el cliente. 5b. El cliente es responsable del pago de cualquier coste de medicamento en el caso de daños y heridas a su mismo y a terceros. 5c.El cliente debe respetar las normas de seguridad vial. Cualquier multa causada por el uso incorrecto de bicicleta se pagará por el cliente.
